These varieties are perfect for all figure-conscious eaters. The mincemeat recipes become super aromatic and slightly oriental when you use lamb chops. If pure lamb is too intense, it can also be mixed with ground beef.

Fast minced meat recipe: baked chili nachos
Do you love Mexican food? Then you have to try this fast minced meat recipe. The basis is a chili con carne, which can be modified at will. Simply unbelievably delicious!
You need for a big baking sheet:
500 g minced meat (mixed or beef)
2 packs of nachos
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 can of lumpy tomatoes
1 can of chili beans
Mexican spices
salt and pepper
pinch of sugar
1 pack of grated cheese
To Toppen:
1 bunch of spring onions
1 cup of sour cream
jalapeños
This is how it works:
For the chilli con carne, chop the onion into thin cubes and fry in a little oil. Add minced meat and sauté. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Now add the tomatoes and beans.
If you like, you can add a small tin of corn or fresh diced peppers. Season with plenty of Mexican spices, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
Place the baking paper on a large baking tray with an extra-high edge and spread the nachos on it. Who has no such baking sheet, can also use a flat casserole dish. Distribute the chilli on the nachos and finally sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese. Bake under the grill until the cheese has melted golden brown (Attention, it can burn quickly!)
Remove from the oven and top with scallions, sour cream and jalapeños.
